To create and use a betpk account, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. betpk reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your identity, age, and location as required under applicable Philippine regulations.

Each person may hold only one betpk account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances held therein. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify betpk immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. betpk will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. All deposits and withdrawals on betpk are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP) through local payment channels available to Filipino players. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. betpk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on your payment method must match the name registered on your betpk account.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for your most recent deposit unless you have been instructed otherwise by the betpk support team. Loyalty points have no cash value and may not be transferred between accounts. All content on the betpk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game assets, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of betpk or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. The betpk name, logo, and associated brand elements are proprietary marks.
